NDIS Household Cleaning in Western Australia

Need NDIS household cleaning in Western Australia? Start with the exact service address, the domestic tasks that need support, the participant’s priorities and the preferred timing. Smurfettes can then prepare a written quote and confirm whether the requested service is available for that address.

Start with the home and requested tasks

A suburb name does not describe a participant’s home or support needs. Tell us which rooms are included, what needs to be cleaned, what matters most, anything that should not be touched, and any access or communication instructions needed for the visit.

Build the WA household-task list

A regular household-cleaning quote can include agreed domestic tasks such as:

The written quote records what is included. Repairs, maintenance, gardening, pest work, hazardous material, clinical cleaning and tasks outside ordinary domestic cleaning need a different service or separate assessment.

Set the frequency and written scope

Regular cleaning may be arranged weekly, fortnightly or at another agreed frequency after the household tasks and required time are reviewed. The quote should record the task list, exclusions, visit length or frequency, price, access instructions and invoicing contact. Changes are agreed before they are added to a later visit.

One-off, deep and vacate requests

A one-off clean is a defined single visit. A deep clean uses a broader agreed domestic task list and may need more time or a review of the home’s condition. Both are separately scoped and are not automatically payable from an NDIS plan.

Treat vacate or end-of-tenancy cleaning as a separate private-pay service; it is not funded by the NDIS. A vacate quote does not promise a bond or inspection result.

Check the proposed WA support against the plan

NDIS household cleaning may be funded when the support is disability-related and fits the participant’s approved plan. Registration or a request for cleaning does not by itself confirm funding. The participant or authorised funding contact should confirm the proposed support and how the plan is managed before service starts.

For Household Tasks, Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider. Registration does not decide whether an individual support is payable, and the agreed household tasks still need a written quote and invoice.

Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed

Shared homes and supported living

The scope should identify the participant’s rooms, any agreed shared areas and the domestic tasks related to the participant’s needs. It should not shift ordinary work belonging to other residents, a housing provider or another support service onto the participant’s funding.

What to provide for a written quote

Share only the participant-authorised information needed to assess and arrange the service.

How WA address availability is confirmed

This page does not promise coverage for every Western Australian address. Availability is confirmed for the exact address after the requested tasks, access and timing are reviewed. If the team cannot accept the requested service, it should be made clear before a booking is agreed.

These guides explain different parts of the enquiry. They do not confirm funding or availability for a particular address.

Questions to settle before a WA quote

Does the NDIS automatically pay for household cleaning?

No. The proposed disability-related household support must fit the participant’s approved plan and management arrangement.

Does a WA page mean every address is serviced?

No. Availability is checked for the exact address, requested tasks and preferred timing.

Can the task list change?

Yes, after the change is discussed, assessed where needed and added to the written scope.

Is vacate cleaning an NDIS Household Tasks support?

No. Vacate or end-of-tenancy cleaning is quoted as a private-pay service.
