Choose your regular cleaning list
Routine tasks can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable kitchen surfaces, safely reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Tell us which rooms you want cleaned each time, any areas to omit and belongings to leave untouched.
If the first visit needs more attention because of build-up, describe it so we can discuss the work and time separately from ongoing maintenance.
Make room for household extras
Making beds, linen changes, laundry, dishes and cupboard organisation can be considered as additional tasks. If the bathroom and floors are essential, put those first when discussing the plan. Extras need written agreement and sufficient service time.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are outside this indoor service.
Request your preferred visit routine
Give your address, suburb, postcode and unit number if applicable, along with preferred days and frequency. Include product preferences, surface-care instructions, pets and shared-entrance details. You or an authorised representative can nominate the booking contact.
Leave alarm codes, full NDIS plans and unrelated medical details out of the enquiry. Before booking, review the written tasks, time, price and terms, check funding with your plan manager or NDIS contact, and confirm the appointment with us.
