Plan a room-by-room clean

List the kitchen and bathroom surfaces you want cleaned, suitable floors for vacuuming or mopping, and reachable surfaces for dusting or wiping. Include any bedroom and living-space tasks and put the most useful work first.

Tell us which rooms and belongings should remain untouched, how often you would like cleaning and your preferred days.

Let us know who will be home

Say whether you or an authorised person will be there and who can arrange entry. Mention pets, stairs, shared access or gates that affect the visit. The person helping with access may be different from the person authorised to accept the quote or approve changes.

Arrange sensitive key or entry-code details during booking. Cleaning does not include supervision or personal care.

Additional tasks and service exclusions

Ask about heavy build-up, cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces before booking. These need assessment and written agreement. Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation also need specific inclusion in the task list and enough service time.

This indoor cleaning service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. It also excludes personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management and clinical work. Specialist mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are not included.

Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Payment from NDIS funding depends on your plan and the applicable funding decision. If you are unsure, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote. Smurfettes does not decide or guarantee individual funding.
