Focus the cleaning on your home
Choose the bathrooms, kitchen and living areas to include. Routine tasks can cover standard bathroom fixtures, suitable surface wiping, vacuuming, mopping and dusting within safe reach. List your priorities and rooms to leave untouched.
Describe difficult build-up or detailed first-clean work separately for assessment. Work across an entire property, sheds or outdoor areas is not automatically included in an indoor-cleaning request. Raise it separately so the written scope is clear. Mention delicate finishes and product preferences when requesting the quote.
Make extra tasks specific
Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation need written agreement and enough time. For a linen change, for example, say which bed needs attention and where clean replacement linen will be available. These tasks are not automatic inclusions, and agreement does not guarantee NDIS funding.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard work are excluded from this indoor service.
