Smurfettes Cleaning Service is a Professional Cleaning Service that prides themselves in reliability, honesty and quality cleaning. Established in 2013 in the Mandurah and steadily expanding to other areas such as Rockingham, Perth and surrounding areas in Western Australia. In 2023 Smurfettes has expanded their domestic house cleaning services nationwide to other areas of Australia, mainly establishing themselves in the City areas of Victoria - Melbourne, New South Wales - Sydney, South Australia - Adelaide, Australian Capital Territory - Canberra, Queensland - Brisbane, Northern Territory - Darwin and Tasmania - Hobart.

Our focus is to provide a quality cleaning service, with friendly honest house cleaners in the Aged & Disability Community Australia wide. Our valued clients and participants are NDIS, DVA, Rehabilitation/Insurance Providers and other disability organisation providers.

You don't need to be home, you will need to arrange this at the time of booking.

Options of entry can be;

  • Have someone else open up the door for the cleaner
  • Have a lock box system set up and let the office know of the code
  • Leave the key in a safe place and let the office know the location of the key
  • Organise a spare key to leave with your regular cleaner

All our team members of Smurfettes Cleaning have a Satisfactory Police Check and NDIS Clearance Check from the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). It gives us the “Employer” complete piece of mind and also gives our clients and participants a complete piece of mind.

Smurfettes Cleaning Service provides all cleaning equipment and products.

We use non-toxic cleaners that are safe for our staff, you and your family, your pets and the environment.

We adopt best practice cleaning methods to ensure quality cleaning.

We recommend having the same regular come through.

In the event the cleaner becomes sick, away on holidays or leaves their employment we will automatically try and find a replacement for you.

Yes you can request another cleaner. We do appreciate feedback.

Pls notify our office within 48 HRS and send through clear photos.

Our Resolution Officer will get in touch within 5 days.

Yes, we have a minimum 2 hour service engagement.

We offer multiple - weekly, weekly and fortnightly service frequency.

Smurfettes Cleaning Service requires 7 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your clean. If less than 7 days notice is given full chargers will incur unless we can find another billable client to take your spot.

Smurfettes Cleaning Service must provide a safe working environment for our staff at all times. We ask that our clients be respectful and adhere to this policy when cleaning is in progress. If this Policy is breached we have the right to refuse service until it is safe to resume services again. Full chargers will still incur whether this clean goes ahead or not.

Under workplace laws, all pets must be put in a secured area while cleaning is in progress. We have the right to refuse service if your pets are not put in a secured area.

We know each client's cleaning needs are going to be different. We can tailor a cleaning solution for your home or you can choose our already made General Cleaning Package. Please bear in mind that sufficient time is required to provide the General Cleaning Package and the home must already be in a maintainable condition.

As our House Cleaners are only equipped for general cleaning duties we cannot provide professional window cleaning and professional oven cleaning.
