You can ask about a regular schedule or a defined one-off visit. Regular cleaning may be arranged weekly, fortnightly or at another agreed frequency after the tasks, required time and address availability are reviewed. A one-off or deeper clean uses its own task list and quote; it is not automatically included in a regular visit.
Household cleaning may be funded when the support is related to the participant’s disability needs and fits the approved NDIS plan. A request for cleaning does not by itself confirm that the service can be claimed. The participant or authorised funding contact should check the proposed support and plan-management arrangement before the booking starts.

In a shared home, identify the participant’s rooms, any agreed shared areas and the tasks connected with the participant’s support needs. Ordinary work belonging to other residents is not automatically placed on the participant’s funding. A nominee, support coordinator or another authorised contact can help arrange the service within the authority the participant has given.
