Start the worksheet or contact Smurfettes when the scope is ready.
This NDIS cleaning scope worksheet helps a participant or authorised contact prepare a clear indoor household-cleaning enquiry. Print the page or copy the headings into a document. The worksheet does not send or save information, decide whether NDIS funding can be used, or confirm a provider booking.

Do not put portal credentials, bank information or private account identifiers on this page. The management choice affects payment and provider requirements, but it does not by itself make cleaning fundable.
Use the separate NDIS cleaning quote guide for a detailed explanation of each check.
The NDIA says funding may only be used for NDIS supports that relate to disability and are in line with the participant’s plan. Cleaning can be a relevant household task in some plans, but this worksheet cannot establish eligibility. Check the plan and current rules, or ask the participant’s my NDIS contact, plan manager or support coordinator within their actual role.
Official information about NDIS supports and service agreements was reviewed on 4 September 2026.
Before sending the completed outline, make sure the participant has authorised the contact and remove unnecessary personal information. Smurfettes needs the exact address, indoor work requested, priorities, access notes, timing choices and billing pathway to assess an enquiry. It does not need an unrelated history.
Email info@smurfettescleaningservice.net or request a written response online. Task fit, current capacity and the final scope must be confirmed before a booking exists. For more explanation, read the task-list guide or return to the national NDIS cleaning guide.
