Care for floors and delicate finishes
Tell us about surface-care instructions and belongings to leave untouched. If you are unsure which method suits a floor or finish, flag it for assessment before the cleaning approach is agreed.
Describe detailed first-visit work separately from maintenance and identify any rooms to leave private.
Arrange access to the dwelling
If several buildings or entrances share the address, identify the home and how to reach its entrance. Mention useful parking, gate, step or pet details and who will help with entry. Agree safe access before the visit is confirmed.
Agree the household work
Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes can be considered with written agreement and enough time. Clarify shared-room tasks and who can approve changes.
Verandas, gardens, grounds, outbuildings, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are outside this indoor service.

If you intend to use NDIS funding, confirm that the cleaning fits your plan and payment arrangements with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide funding eligibility. Review the written tasks, time, price and booking terms, then confirm your appointment before the service starts.
