Smurfettes provides indoor household cleaning information for Wheat Belt North. Choose the locality information that best matches your home, then tell us which rooms and tasks you would like help with.

Choose your area

Start with your cleaning priorities

Routine cleaning can include vacuuming selected rooms, mopping suitable floors, dusting or wiping reachable surfaces and cleaning standard bathroom and kitchen surfaces. List the bedrooms and living areas to include and put the most important tasks first.

Tell us the home address, locality, postcode and any unit details. Mention useful entrance, parking, stairs or access information, but keep keys, alarm codes and detailed entry instructions out of the first message. Smurfettes checks the exact address, access, requested tasks, timing and current cleaner capacity before offering a visit. An enquiry does not reserve a cleaner or time.

Make the kitchen list clear

Tell us which benches, sink, splashback and suitable floors need cleaning. Washing dishes, laundry, making beds, changing linen or organising cupboards needs specific written agreement and sufficient service time. Decluttering is not a routine inclusion.

If you need heavy build-up, appliance or cupboard interiors, internal glass or unfamiliar surfaces cleaned, describe them before quoting. These tasks need assessment and written confirmation.

Additional help and service limits

This indoor service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. Personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are outside its scope.

For a shared home, identify the participant’s rooms, agreed shared areas and belongings that must remain untouched. Confirm who may approve entry, task changes, movement of items and payment arrangements.

NDIS funding and booking

Funding depends on the participant’s disability-related support needs, their plan, the agreed support and current NDIS rules. Smurfettes does not guarantee funding or make that decision. Smurfettes provides a cleaning quote, but if you are unsure, check with the plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting the quote. If privately paid work is discussed, keep its scope and payment arrangement separate from any NDIS-funded work and confirm the appropriate authorised person.

Check billing and record requirements with the participant, nominee or plan manager as applicable. A support coordinator or NDIS contact can help frame questions, but an enquiry, quote or booking does not approve funding. Review the written tasks, service time, price and booking terms before accepting, and rely only on the appointment time Smurfettes confirms.

Request your quote

Use the cleaning quote guide, then contact Smurfettes or call 1300 525 336. Include your exact address, cleaning priorities, preferred days, practical access notes and the best authorised contact. Keep full NDIS plans and unrelated medical records out of your first message.
