Cleaning within your home
Tasks can include bathroom and toilet cleaning, accessible kitchen surfaces, reachable dusting and suitable indoor floors. Identify priority rooms and belongings that should remain untouched.
If your dwelling is in a larger complex, explain which residential areas need cleaning. Institutional, business and building-wide facilities are outside the household quote unless separately agreed.
Shared rooms and communication
List your private rooms separately from common areas you want included. Other residents’ whole cleaning routines are not automatically included or funded under one enquiry. Agree the shared-room tasks and who may approve changes. An authorised representative can assist with bookings while keeping your preferences central.
Allow time and arrange access
Describe any first-visit work that differs from recurring maintenance. Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes need written agreement and sufficient time. Mention surface-care instructions, unit or entrance details, parking and pets.
Tell us about known access or safety concerns before booking. Personal care, repairs, specialist mould treatment and biohazard cleaning are excluded from this household service.
