Care for your floors and finishes
Tell us about flooring, finishes or belongings that require a particular approach, plus products you prefer or want avoided. Identify essential rooms and areas to leave alone. A detailed first clean should be discussed when quoting.
Exterior washing and high-window work are outside a routine indoor visit. Specialist mould or biohazard treatment is excluded.
Choose additional household help
Dishes, laundry, bed-making, changing linen and organising cupboards can be discussed. Specify what may be handled and which tasks take priority. Extras require written agreement and sufficient time. Packing, gardening, repairs and personal care are not included.
Include practical steps, shared-entry, parking and pet details when arranging visits. Check funding and payment with your plan manager or NDIS contact; agreement to a cleaning task does not establish NDIS funding eligibility.
