Additional tasks and exclusions
Washing dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be considered and must be agreed in the written task list with sufficient service time. Heavy build-up, detailed cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment and written confirmation before inclusion.
This indoor service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. Personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are also outside the service.
NDIS funding
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Payment from NDIS depends on your plan and the applicable funding decision. Check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact if you are unsure before accepting the quote. Smurfettes does not determine funding eligibility.
