Plan the rooms and surfaces
A routine clean can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable kitchen surfaces, safely reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Explain product preferences, surfaces needing particular care and areas to leave alone.
In a shared home, name the private rooms and common areas to be cleaned and who can agree to access. Describe a detailed first clean separately from ongoing maintenance so we can allow for the work involved.
Make time for additional help
Washing dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be discussed. Tell us which items may be handled and how the task ranks alongside essential cleaning. Extras need written agreement and sufficient time. Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are excluded.
