Choose the rooms and level of cleaning
Name the rooms to include and areas to leave untouched. Mention flooring or finishes needing particular care. If your first clean requires more detailed work than regular maintenance, describe it so we can agree the time needed.
This household service covers the agreed residential spaces. Commercial accommodation, venue cleaning and surrounding property areas need separate arrangements.
Household extras and handling preferences
Discuss laundry, washing dishes, bed making, linen changes or cupboard organising. Explain what should be done and which items may be handled. Each extra needs written agreement and enough service time, alongside your essential cleaning priorities.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are excluded from this indoor service.
Arrange arrival and payment
Include relevant entry details, parking, stairs and pets, plus the best contact for appointment messages. Review any proposed travel arrangements in the quote.
Check NDIS funding and payment for the agreed cleaning and additional tasks with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide funding eligibility.
See our Swan household-cleaning guide for related information.
