Separate regular and occasional tasks

If your priorities change, discuss the revised tasks and any effect on service time before expecting them to be included.
Include your household preferences
Let us know which rooms to leave out, belongings to keep in place and surfaces needing particular care. Name dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation separately. Each requires specific agreement in the written scope and available service time; these are not automatic routine-cleaning additions, and an agreed task does not confirm NDIS funding.
Incidental handling for an agreed household task must be safe and authorised in the written scope. Items marked private or to stay in place must remain untouched. Heavy build-up, appliance interiors and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment before inclusion. Packing, relocation or moving heavy items, exterior work, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are excluded.
