Put your priorities in order
Ask about bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and safely reachable dusting. Name the bedrooms and living areas to include. If you want the bathroom and kitchen completed first, tell us when planning the visit.
Identify rooms to leave untouched and belongings to keep in place. In a shared home, describe private rooms and shared-area tasks separately.
Discuss detailed work and household help
Heavy build-up, detailed appliance interiors and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment before inclusion. Mention particular finishes or product preferences.
Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation require written agreement and sufficient service time. Discuss later changes to the rooms or work so the quote and visit time can be reviewed.
Arrange a workable visit
Provide the street, suburb, postcode and unit details. Tell us who should receive the quote, who can arrange entry and your preferred frequency and days.
