Clear only the surfaces agreed for cleaning; packing, relocation and moving heavy items are not included. Any incidental handling for an agreed household task must be safe and authorised in the written scope. Only work named in the accepted written quote is included.
Additional tasks and service limits
Heavy build-up, detailed cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces are not standard inclusions. They require assessment and written confirmation of the exact task. Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation need specific written agreement and enough time; agreement to a task does not confirm NDIS funding.
Incidental handling for an agreed household task must be safe and authorised in the written scope. Items marked private or to stay in place must remain untouched. This indoor service excludes packing, relocation or moving heavy items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. It also excludes personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment.
