Choose regular and occasional tasks
Standard surface cleaning, bathroom fixtures, vacuuming, mopping suitable floors and safely reachable dusting can form the visit. List the tasks needing regular attention and any occasional work you want considered, with the highest priorities first.
Tell us about delicate finishes, product preferences and heavy build-up when requesting the quote.
Plan cleaning for the right living space
Incidental handling for an agreed household task must be safe and authorised in the written scope. Items marked private or to stay in place must remain untouched. If multiple residences share the address, identify the dwelling and indoor rooms to include. Outdoor areas, sheds, gardening, property repairs, packing, relocation or moving heavy items, specialist hazard remediation and personal care are outside this household service.
Arrange one visit or ongoing help
Suggest days and times and say how often you would like cleaning. If someone is enquiring for you, identify who should receive the quote and who may confirm arrangements.
Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be considered when included in the written task list with enough service time.
See the Bunbury regional cleaning guide for more location information.

Include your home address and postcode, priority tasks, preferred days and visit frequency. Tell us who may approve the work and any changes. Keep security codes, complete NDIS plans and unrelated medical records out of your enquiry.
If you intend to use NDIS funding, confirm that the cleaning fits your plan and payment arrangements with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide funding eligibility. Review the written tasks, time, price and booking terms, then confirm your appointment before the service starts.
