Identify the spaces you want cleaned
If there is more than one residence on the property, tell us which home and entrance to use. Include your street address, locality and postcode, plus any practical access needs.
Your task list can cover standard kitchen and bathroom surfaces, suitable floors and safely reachable dusting or wiping. List priority rooms and any areas or belongings to leave untouched.
Plan regular and occasional work
For ongoing cleaning, separate tasks you want at every visit from occasional extras. Discuss changes to the room list or work in advance so we can agree the time needed.
Washing dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be included when specifically agreed in writing with sufficient time. Unusual cleaning requests need assessment first.
Other buildings, outside areas, gardening, repairs, packing, relocating belongings or moving heavy items, personal care and specialist hazard remediation are outside this indoor household service.
Arrange the cleaning
Send preferred days and frequency, with alternative times if convenient. Keep security codes, full NDIS plans and unrelated health information out of the initial message.
