Choose the areas you need help with
Bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, suitable floors and safely reachable dusting can form your priorities. If you want only part of the residence cleaned, name those rooms and the work needed in each.
Identify areas to leave untouched and belongings that should remain in place.
Plan routine and detailed work
List regular maintenance separately from occasional detailed tasks. Heavy build-up, appliance interiors and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment before inclusion so the service time can reflect the work.
Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be considered when agreed in writing with enough time.
Make arrival straightforward
Where an address has a separate residence, unit or another entrance, identify the living space to be cleaned. Include practical access details and suggest possible days and times.

Include your home address and postcode, priority tasks, preferred days and visit frequency. Tell us who may approve the work and any changes. Keep security codes, complete NDIS plans and unrelated medical records out of your enquiry.
If you intend to use NDIS funding, confirm that the cleaning fits your plan and payment arrangements with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide funding eligibility. Review the written tasks, time, price and booking terms, then confirm your appointment before the service starts.
