Smurfettes provides household cleaning in Bertram and Wellard, including the Wellard West area. Ask for a cleaning plan that suits the rooms you use and the tasks you would like help keeping up with.

Plan the first visit and your regular routine
Choose from bathroom and toilet cleaning, accessible kitchen surfaces, dusting within safe reach, vacuuming and mopping suitable indoor floors. Tell us if the first visit needs a different focus from regular maintenance, and identify rooms or possessions to leave untouched.
In a shared home, list your private rooms and any common-room work you want quoted. Cleaning for other residents is not automatically included in your service or funding arrangement.
Discuss the household help you need
Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes need written agreement and enough time alongside your cleaning priorities. Tell us about surfaces needing particular care and products to avoid.
Personal care, repairs, gardening and specialist mould or biohazard cleaning are excluded from this indoor household service.
Make arrival and communication straightforward
Provide the home address, relevant entrance, parking or gate details, and mention pets. If someone helps organise the service, nominate who can approve the quote and receive booking messages.
If you plan to use NDIS funding, check that the agreed tasks fit your plan and payment arrangements with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide individual funding eligibility. Review the written tasks, service time, price and booking terms before accepting; your appointment is confirmed once arrangements are agreed.
Our Kwinana household-cleaning guide has information for the wider area.
