Find your local area

Select your suburb for household-cleaning information:

Our household-cleaning quote guide can help you prepare your request.

Describe the work that would help

Tell us which kitchen and bathroom surfaces need attention, which floors need vacuuming or mopping and where reachable dusting would be useful. Include bedrooms and living spaces you want cleaned, your priority order and preferred frequency.

If you live in a unit, describe the entrance and any stairs, lift or shared-gate arrangements. Hotel, office and building common-area cleaning are separate from this household service.

Care for personal belongings

Identify items that should stay in place and rooms to leave private. Agree which surfaces will be cleaned and how they can be accessed. Packing and moving belongings are outside the service.

Additional tasks and service exclusions

Ask about heavy build-up, cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces before booking. These need assessment and written agreement. Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organisation also need specific inclusion in the task list and enough service time.

This indoor cleaning service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. It also excludes personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management and clinical work. Specialist mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are not included.

Using NDIS funding

Whether cleaning can be paid from NDIS funding depends on your plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support and applicable NDIS rules. Check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact if you are unsure. Smurfettes provides a cleaning quote but does not decide or guarantee individual funding.

Request your Belmont or Victoria Park quote
