Choose your rooms and cleaning priorities
For a house, unit or apartment, name the bathroom, kitchen and living spaces you want cleaned. Routine tasks can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable surface wiping, dusting within safe reach, vacuuming and mopping.
Share surface-care instructions, identify rooms to leave private and explain any detailed first-clean work separately from regular maintenance.
Plan access to your home
Include the street address, suburb, postcode and any unit number. If several homes share an entrance, describe the visitor access process and any stairs, lifts or parking arrangements. Household cleaning does not include communal corridors, building facilities or another resident’s rooms.
Agree household extras
Dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be discussed. Tell us what you need done, what takes priority and which belongings should remain untouched. Each extra task requires written agreement and sufficient service time.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are excluded.
