Plan cleaning for your Perth City home

Name the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms to include, with the most important tasks first. For bathrooms, list showers, vanities, basins, toilets and floors needing attention. Describe heavy build-up separately from routine surface cleaning.

For an apartment, identify the private rooms to clean and practical building-entry arrangements. Shared foyers, lifts, corridors and building-wide or commercial work are outside the routine household task list.

Additional tasks and exclusions

Heavy build-up, detailed appliance or cupboard interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment and written agreement. Dishes, laundry, making beds, linen changes and cupboard organising can be added when agreed in writing with enough time.

This indoor service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. It also excludes personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management, clinical work, mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment.
