Smurfettes provides household cleaning in City Beach, with an agreed task list for the rooms you use. Tell us what you would like help maintaining and how often you would prefer a visit.
Indoor cleaning and surface care

Routine work can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and dusting within safe reach. Let us know about flooring or finishes needing particular care and which rooms should stay untouched.
Do not assume exterior washing, high windows or work across the whole property is included in a routine indoor clean. Describe detailed catch-up work before quoting so it can be assessed. Specialist mould or biohazard remediation is excluded.
Discuss the household tasks that help
Dishes, laundry, making beds, changing linen and organising cupboards require specific written agreement and enough time. For organising, identify which items may be moved and which must stay in place. These tasks are not automatic extras or a guarantee of NDIS funding. Packing, gardening, repairs and personal care are outside this service.
Getting ready for the visit
Include your full City Beach street address, postcode and any unit number. If there are several entrances, explain which to use. Mention relevant steps, pets, parking or product preferences, and tell us the best contact person for arranging the visit.

NDIS funding and booking
Funding depends on your NDIS plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support and current NDIS rules. Smurfettes provides a cleaning quote and does not decide funding eligibility. If you need clarification on payment or funding suitability, speak with your plan manager, support coordinator or appropriate NDIS contact before accepting the quote.
Review the written tasks, service time, price basis and booking terms before accepting. An enquiry does not confirm a booking; Smurfettes must confirm your appointment time.
Request your quote
Contact Smurfettes or call 1300 525 336. Include your address, cleaning priorities, preferred days and the best person to contact. Keep access codes, full NDIS plans and unnecessary health information out of your first message.
