Choose the rooms inside your home

Canister vacuum cleaner beside a sofa

Tell us what you need cleaned in the bathroom, kitchen and living spaces. Tasks can include wiping accessible surfaces, dusting within reach, vacuuming and mopping suitable floors. Identify any rooms or belongings to leave untouched and surfaces needing particular care.

If your building has shared facilities, keep those separate from the household task list. Foyers, corridors, lifts, gyms and other building-managed spaces are not included in this household quote.

Explain building entry and communication

Provide the street address, postcode and unit number where relevant. Include the entrance to use and any visitor or intercom arrangements. Nominate who should receive booking messages and who can approve changes.

Agree additional help and terms

Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes need written inclusion and enough service time. Exterior balcony or window cleaning, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard work are excluded from this indoor service.

If you plan to use NDIS funding, check that the agreed tasks fit your plan and payment arrangements with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide individual funding eligibility. Review the written tasks, service time, price and booking terms before accepting; your appointment is confirmed once arrangements are agreed.
