Plan cleaning across different levels
If your home has more than one level, list the rooms on each floor and tell us which need attention first. Mention stairs and any access needs. Tasks can include vacuuming, mopping suitable floors, dusting or wiping reachable surfaces and cleaning standard kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living-room surfaces.
Identify belongings and rooms to leave alone. In an apartment or shared building, agree private-room and shared-space tasks separately. Use our home access and keys guide when arranging entry.
Additional tasks and exclusions
Heavy build-up, cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment and written agreement before inclusion. Dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be discussed, with enough time allowed alongside priority cleaning.
This indoor service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. It does not include personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management or clinical work. Mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are also excluded.
NDIS household support
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. Whether your NDIS funding can pay for the cleaning depends on your plan and the applicable funding decision. If unsure, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIS contact before accepting; Smurfettes does not determine or guarantee funding approval.
The agreed cleaning tasks and confirmed visit time will be recorded in writing.
