An hourly booking lets you agree priorities for the time available. Our General Cleaning Package is for homes already in a maintainable condition, with daily, weekly or fortnightly visits discussed before booking. Confirm the included tasks, price and any extras before choosing an option.
Ask separately about appliance and wardrobe interiors, household bins, suitable furniture polishing or upholstery, entertainment units and organising. Agree the tasks, method, time and any specialist arrangements in your quote. Provide suitable access and identify delicate surfaces. Keep private papers and valuables secure, and agree decisions about moving or disposing of belongings before the visit.
For NDIS, aged-care or DVA enquiries, the participant or authorised funding contact needs to confirm the requested tasks, provider arrangements and funding before booking. Separately quoted end-of-tenancy work needs funding checked for that purpose. Cleaning does not guarantee a bond refund or an inspection result.

Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
Confirm the products and equipment for your agreed cleaning tasks before booking. Please tell us about any product preferences, allergies or sensitivities before your clean so we can discuss suitable products and precautions. If you would rather we use products you already have at the property in Success, just let us know.
Is there a minimum booking or cancellation policy?
Confirm the visit duration, available frequency and cancellation terms in your quote or booking agreement. Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a visit. Private bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice have no cancellation fee. For NDIS-funded bookings, any cancellation claim must be permitted by the applicable NDIS rules and meet all claiming conditions, with terms agreed in your service agreement.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Ask the office to confirm the checks and insurance arrangements for the cleaner assigned to your visit. For NDIS participant services, the office confirms the applicable worker screening requirements before arranging the clean. We will agree access and any privacy needs when booking; please do not send keys or entry codes with your first enquiry.
