Bathroom cleaning, suitable kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and safely reachable dusting can form the routine. Separate work needed every visit from occasional tasks and list the most important rooms first.
Identify shared spaces and private rooms clearly, including areas not to enter. A quote does not automatically include every resident’s rooms. Discuss changes to rooms or tasks before adding them to an ongoing arrangement.
Include the household help you want considered
Dishes, laundry, folding, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation require written agreement and adequate time. Explain which items may be handled and which should stay untouched.
Unusual build-up or difficult-to-reach surfaces need advance discussion and assessment. This indoor service excludes packing for a move, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation.
