Private rooms and shared spaces
If you share your home, list your private rooms and the common areas you want included. You might request a shared bathroom and kitchen alongside your bedroom, while leaving other residents’ rooms and belongings untouched. Another resident’s entire cleaning routine is not automatically included.
Cleaning can include bathroom and toilet fixtures, accessible kitchen surfaces, reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping suitable floors.
Surface care and first visits
Tell us about flooring or fittings that need a particular product or method, and any concern affecting safe access. Explain whether the first clean needs different work from later maintenance visits so the quote allows time for those tasks.
Agree extras and communication
Laundry, folding, dishes and linen changes can be included only by written agreement with enough service time. Let us know who should receive booking messages and approve changes, along with useful unit, entrance, parking or pet details.
Personal care, repairs, exterior property work and specialist mould or biohazard cleaning are outside this indoor service.
