Describe the dwelling and entrance, particularly if the site also has shared facilities, a workplace or commercial accommodation. The household quote covers the rooms and tasks agreed for your home.

First-visit needs and surface care
If cleaning has built up, describe that separately from your ongoing routine. Mention surface-care directions and product preferences so we can assess the work and plan the time.
Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes need written agreement and sufficient time. Gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are excluded.
