Set your regular cleaning priorities
Your task list can include bathroom and toilet cleaning, wiping accessible kitchen surfaces, dusting within reach and vacuuming or mopping suitable floors. Identify the tasks you want help with and those you prefer to manage yourself.
If dishes, laundry, folding or bedding changes would help, include them in your request. We will agree any additional tasks in writing and allow enough time for them alongside the main cleaning.
Keep the arrangement consistent
Tell us which rooms and possessions should remain untouched, and share any product or surface-care requirements. Include relevant entry details and pets when planning the visit.
You can nominate a representative to help with bookings. Agree who can receive messages and authorise changes so the service follows your preferences.
Review the proposed service
Repairs, outdoor maintenance, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard work are outside this household cleaning service.
If you plan to use NDIS funding, check that the agreed tasks fit your plan and payment arrangements with your plan manager or NDIS contact. Smurfettes does not decide individual funding eligibility. Review the written tasks, service time, price and booking terms before accepting; your appointment is confirmed once arrangements are agreed.
