“Canning Vale Commercial” is an official historical statistical-area name. If that label appears in information about your address, this guide explains how to enquire about household cleaning. It does not mean that office, warehouse, shop or other business cleaning is an NDIS household service.

The ABS 2016 record identifies the statistical area but withholds population details because there were no people or very few people. This is not evidence of current household demand, participant numbers or an available service. See the Canning area guide for the wider grouping.

Tell us where the household service is needed

Use the actual residential service address and explain the rooms for which you are seeking help. Smurfettes will need to understand the proposed household arrangement and check availability. A statistical-area label by itself does not establish that a particular address is residential or that a service can be booked there.

You do not need to rename your suburb to match the label. Use the suburb normally used in your residential address, together with the street and any unit details, so the enquiry can be considered on its own facts.

Separate household and business tasks

Describe household priorities such as the bathroom, kitchen surfaces, reachable dusting and indoor floors. If the property also contains a workspace, identify it separately rather than including business cleaning within a household request. Any commercial enquiry needs its own discussion and quote outside this NDIS household-cleaning scope.

There is no promise of funding eligibility because an address falls within an area represented in participant data. Check the proposed support against your own arrangements before confirming service.

Agree a practical indoor scope

List the rooms, preferred frequency and any access requirements. Dishes, laundry or linen changes can be discussed as household tasks, but only form part of the service when agreed in writing with sufficient time. Clarify areas that should be left untouched.

Warehouse floors, machinery, workplace sanitation, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are outside this household-cleaning enquiry. Let us know about any safety concern before a visit is arranged.

Ask about your address

Contact Smurfettes or call 1300 525 336 to explain the residential cleaning you need. Availability, the written quote and appropriate funding arrangements must be confirmed before booking. Our Western Australia directory lists other area guides.
