Describe the condition of the rooms, any delicate finishes and products to avoid. Substantial build-up needs assessment so the first visit has an appropriate task list and time allowance. Household maintenance cleaning does not include construction-site or building handover work.

Add household tasks by agreement
Dishes, laundry, folding, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be discussed. Each extra task needs written agreement, permission to handle the relevant items and sufficient service time. Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are excluded.
Include entrance, stairs, parking and pet details with your preferred visit pattern. Confirm funding or payment with your plan manager or NDIS contact; agreeing a household task does not confirm NDIS funding.
