Routine work can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable surface wiping, vacuuming, mopping and dusting within safe reach. Name the rooms to include, areas to leave untouched and surfaces needing special care.
Household cleaning covers the agreed residential spaces. Commercial premises, workshops and wider property areas need separate discussion. Describe heavier first-visit build-up so we can allow for it separately from regular maintenance.
Agree how belongings are handled
Ask about dishes, laundry, making beds, changing linen or organising cupboards. Explain what should be done and which items may be moved. These tasks need agreement in the written scope and enough time.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are outside this indoor service.
Access and payment arrangements
You or an authorised representative can explain entry arrangements, stairs, parking or pets. Review any proposed travel arrangements along with the quote.
