What are your booking and cancellation rules?
Bookings run for a minimum of 2 hours, scheduled daily, weekly or fortnightly to suit you. If plans change, we simply ask for 2 days notice to move or cancel a visit.
Can I trust the cleaner coming into my home?
Yes. Every Smurfettes cleaner holds a National Police Clearance and an NDIS Worker Screening Check, is fully insured, and is trained to work respectfully in your home.
Can my NDIS plan pay for cleaning in Support Coordinators Plan Managers?
Often, yes. Domestic cleaning is commonly funded under Core Supports, Assistance with Daily Life, when it relates to your disability. As a registered provider we support self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants, and we can help you confirm how it sits in your plan.
