If disability makes household cleaning difficult, Smurfettes can help you arrange practical support around the rooms and tasks that matter in your home. Tell us the exact Western Australian service address, what you would like help with and any access or communication preferences. We will confirm whether the service is available and provide a clear quote before you book.
There is no fixed task list for every home. Your quote can cover agreed domestic tasks such as cleaning bathrooms and toilets, wiping kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, dusting reachable surfaces and emptying household bins. Tell us which rooms are the priority, what should not be touched and whether you have product preferences or instructions that affect the visit.
Please provide the service address, the rooms and tasks you want included, the preferred day or time, and any useful access details such as stairs, parking, pets or mobility equipment. If a nominee, family member, support coordinator or plan manager is arranging the service, let us know who may approve the quote and receive invoices.
Household cleaning may be an NDIS support when it relates to disability support needs, plan goals and approved supports. Funding is not automatic, and a locality page cannot confirm that a particular clean will be paid from a plan. The participant or authorised funding contact should confirm that the proposed tasks fit the plan and management arrangement before booking.
Smurfettes Service Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider for Household Tasks. That registration does not promise funding, reimbursement, worker availability or a particular outcome. We can provide a written quote, service agreement and invoice for the work that is actually agreed and delivered.
Self-managed participants can arrange the service directly and receive the invoice. Plan-managed participants can provide their plan manager’s billing details. For an NDIA-managed arrangement, we confirm the relevant provider and support details before accepting the booking. If you are unsure which process applies, check with your plan manager, support coordinator or NDIA contact.
Regular household cleaning covers the recurring domestic tasks listed in the agreed scope. A one-off or deep clean may involve extra time or separately priced tasks. Vacate, bond and final-inspection cleaning is an end-of-tenancy service and must be quoted separately. These services are not assumed to be NDIS-funded simply because the client is an NDIS participant.
See the Western Australia NDIS cleaning guide for statewide information and links to related guides. It does not confirm availability for a specific address. Contact us with the exact service address, requested tasks and preferred timing, and we will check whether a suitable booking is available.
Use the contact page, call the published office number or email the published office address. Tell us the service address, requested tasks, preferred timing, access needs and invoicing contact. We will confirm the proposed scope, price and availability before any service agreement is accepted.
