Cleaning the residence on your property
Name the essential rooms and spaces to leave alone. Mention finishes that need particular care and your product preferences.
For a home on a larger property, the cleaning plan covers the agreed indoor living spaces. Sheds, workshops, grounds and commercial areas are not included. Describe detailed first-clean work separately from regular maintenance so we can agree suitable time.
Household tasks to add to the quote
Discuss dishes, laundry, changing linen, making beds or organising cupboards. Explain the items involved and how these tasks rank alongside essential cleaning. Any extras need written agreement and enough service time.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard work are outside this service.
Arrange arrival and payment
If the entrance is hard to find, include useful directions. Mention driveway or entry arrangements, parking and pets, and review any proposed travel arrangements with the quote.
