Plan the first clean
Routine tasks can include bathroom fixtures, wiping suitable surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and dusting within safe reach. Name the rooms to include and belongings to leave undisturbed. Mention surfaces needing special care and preferred products.
If the first visit involves extra build-up, describe it separately from the maintenance you want afterwards. This helps us agree an appropriate task list and time.
Include additional household tasks
Laundry, dishes, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation can be discussed. Extras need written agreement and enough time alongside essential cleaning. Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are excluded.
