Start with the rooms that matter most
If you are unsure where to begin, name the first two rooms you would like cleaned. Tasks can include bathroom and kitchen surfaces, vacuuming and mopping suitable floors, and dusting or wiping safely reachable surfaces in bedrooms and living areas. Identify belongings or rooms to leave untouched.
Include useful unit-entry, stairs, lift or shared-gate details when arranging the visit.
Extra tasks and service exclusions
Heavy build-up, cupboard or appliance interiors, internal glass and unfamiliar surfaces need assessment and written agreement before inclusion. Dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes and cupboard organisation are not automatic routine-cleaning inclusions. Discuss each requested action and have it specifically agreed in the written scope and available service time. Agreement to a task does not confirm NDIS funding.
This indoor service excludes packing or moving items, gardening, yard work, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, repairs and handyman work. It does not include personal care, transport, meal preparation, supervision, support coordination, plan management or clinical work. Mould or biohazard remediation and pest treatment are also excluded.

Whether household cleaning can be paid from your NDIS funding depends on your plan, disability-related needs, the agreed support and current NDIS rules.
