Rooms, finishes and permissions
Name your highest-priority rooms and describe finishes needing special care, products to avoid and possessions to leave in place. In a shared home, specify private rooms and individual common areas to include. Other residents’ bedrooms and building common facilities need separate agreement.
Extensive first-clean work, difficult-to-reach areas and unfamiliar surface treatments need assessment before tasks and time are agreed.
Plan additional household tasks
Laundry, folding, dishes, bed-making, linen changes and organising cupboards can be included by written agreement with enough service time. Be clear about which items may be handled or moved.
Gardening, packing, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are excluded. Include useful stairs, parking and pet information with your preferred days. Check funding and payment with your plan manager or NDIS contact before accepting; Smurfettes does not decide eligibility.
