A combined area name still needs an exact address
Leinster and Leonora are separate townships described by the Shire of Leonora, and Leinster–Leonora is also the name of a wider official ABS area. Please identify the particular town or locality and residential address. The regional name alone is not enough to assess a cleaning request.
If the home is outside either townsite, explain the location and relevant access arrangements. Describe your highest priorities so the team can assess the work and service time together.
If the address is within shared or managed accommodation, explain which residential rooms belong in the request and which common areas should be considered. Cleaning a participant’s home is not the same as accepting a contract for an entire accommodation facility, workplace or communal complex. Any access or management requirements should be discussed before a visit is confirmed.
Discuss extra household help without assuming inclusions
Tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, making beds, changing linen or organising cupboards may be discussed. Each must be specifically agreed in the written scope and available service time. Tell us the particular outcome you need and which belongings should remain untouched.
These tasks are not automatic extras, and agreement to perform them does not confirm NDIS funding. Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are outside this indoor household-cleaning scope. A task requiring different equipment, treatment or expertise should be assessed separately rather than added without discussion.
Check timing, access and the written quote together
Give possible days, the frequency you would prefer and the person who will coordinate access. Explain any practical restrictions on reaching the residence, while keeping keys, codes and security details out of the first enquiry. You do not need to send a complete NDIS plan or unnecessary health information to ask about cleaning availability.
Before accepting, review the agreed tasks, service time, price basis, booking terms and any proposed travel arrangements. Do not assume travel is included or separately payable.
