Focus on the rooms you use

Tell us which bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces and floors need cleaning, and which rooms or belongings should be left alone. Share any surface-care instructions or product preferences. Describe a detailed first clean separately from the maintenance you want on later visits.

This service covers indoor household cleaning. Sheds, workshops, outdoor areas and commercial premises are not included. Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are also outside the service.

Include occasional household help

Ask about dishes, laundry, bed-making, linen changes or cupboard organisation when discussing the quote. Specify the items you want handled and which cleaning tasks take priority. Any extra tasks need written agreement and sufficient service time.
