Bathroom and toilet cleaning, accessible kitchen surfaces, dusting within reach and indoor floor care can be part of your cleaning plan. Tell us which rooms to include, what needs attention first and which belongings should stay in place.

Explain any difference between the first visit and later cleaning. Include product preferences and surface-care instructions when discussing the tasks.

Make arrival straightforward

Provide the home address, the entrance to use and any unit number. Mention relevant parking, gates, intercom arrangements or steps. Let us know about pets, restricted areas and whether someone will meet the cleaner.

Agree additional help and service terms

Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes need written inclusion and enough service time alongside your main cleaning priorities. Exterior property work, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard cleaning are outside this indoor service.
