Let us know about stairs, a lift, parking restrictions or a shared entrance, and which entrance to use. Arrange sensitive security details during the booking conversation.
In a building with common facilities, list the rooms inside the participant’s home separately from shared corridors or other areas managed by the building.
Choose the work that matters most
Routine cleaning can include standard bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and reachable dusting. Identify the participant’s rooms, agreed shared spaces and areas to leave alone. Mention products or surfaces needing particular care.
Describe substantial build-up on a first clean so we can assess the time needed alongside your regular task list.
Additional activities and exclusions
Dishes, laundry, folding, bed making, linen changes and cupboard organising can be discussed. Each needs written agreement, permission to handle belongings and enough service time.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are outside this indoor service.
