Choose your household spaces
Routine tasks can include standard bathroom fixtures, suitable kitchen surfaces, vacuuming or mopping agreed floors and reachable dusting. Name essential rooms, areas to exclude, delicate surfaces and product preferences.
In a shared home or apartment, identify the participant’s rooms and who can approve work in shared spaces. Building common areas and other residents’ rooms are not included unless specifically agreed. Describe detailed catch-up work separately from regular maintenance.
Household extras and permissions
Discuss washing dishes, laundry, bed making, linen changes or organising cupboards. Explain the work and which belongings may be handled. These extras need written agreement and enough service time.
Packing, gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard remediation are outside this indoor service.
Plan building access and payment
Include relevant lifts, stairs, visitor-entry arrangements and parking restrictions. Tell us the best contact for the quote and appointment.
