Plan the rooms and work
Cleaning can include bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping suitable floors. Mark private rooms and belongings to leave untouched. Tell us if the first visit needs more attention than later maintenance, and agree any shared-room work with the household.
Help us prepare for arrival

Agree additional help
Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes need specific written agreement and sufficient time. Sheds, machinery, gardens, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are excluded. A household clean does not cover the whole property.
