Window cleaning in Joondalup. Smurfettes Cleaning Service cleans windows for homes, units and business premises, including shopfronts. Tell us which windows and surrounding parts need attention, whether you want inside or outside cleaning, and any access limitations. We can then discuss a practical scope and provide a clear quote.
What can be included in your window clean?
Choose the tasks that matter to you. The agreed quote can cover:
- Glass: cleaning accessible interior and exterior panes. We will discuss staining, mineral deposits and scratches, which ordinary cleaning may not remove.
- Frames and sills: wiping reachable surfaces as agreed.
- Tracks: clearing accessible dirt from window tracks. A sticking or damaged mechanism needs separate assessment or repair.
- Screens: cleaning and refitting removable screens when requested and safely practical.
Plan the visit around your property
One-off and repeat visits can be discussed, subject to available appointments. Tell us about the number and height of windows, screen access, fragile areas and any business opening hours. Higher or hard-to-reach glass needs a separate access and safety assessment; specialist equipment or high-access work is not automatically included. We will confirm the tasks, time, products and any access arrangements before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?
Ask us to confirm the products and equipment for the agreed window-cleaning tasks before booking. Please tell us about product preferences, allergies or sensitivities before the visit so suitable products and precautions can be discussed. If you would prefer us to use products already at the property, let us know when requesting a quote.
Is there a minimum booking or cancellation policy?
Confirm the visit duration, available frequency and cancellation terms in your quote or booking agreement. Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a visit. Private bookings cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice have no cancellation fee. For NDIS-funded bookings, any cancellation claim must be permitted by the applicable NDIS rules and meet all claiming conditions, with terms agreed in your service agreement.
Are your cleaners police checked?
Ask the office to confirm the checks and insurance arrangements for the cleaner assigned to your visit. For NDIS participant services, the office confirms the applicable worker screening requirements before arranging the clean. We will agree access and any privacy needs when booking; please do not send keys or entry codes with your first enquiry.
