Local household-cleaning guides
Cleaning inside your home
Choose bathroom cleaning, kitchen surfaces, reachable dusting and vacuuming or mopping suitable floors. Tell us your priorities and surface-care directions. Describe first-visit build-up separately from regular maintenance.
In a shared home, identify the participant’s private rooms and the shared spaces to clean. Work for another resident needs its own agreement and funding consideration.
Apartment and building access
Let us know how to enter the private dwelling and any relevant shared-entry arrangements. Building foyers, lifts and corridors are outside the household quote unless separately agreed.
If a representative helps arrange the service, provide the home’s address as the cleaning location and identify who can approve changes to work or price.
Additional tasks and payment
Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes can be included when agreed in writing with enough time. Gardening, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard treatment are excluded from this indoor service.
Check that the proposed work fits your NDIS plan and payment arrangements before accepting the quote.
Browse our Western Australia cleaning locations for other areas.
Request a cleaning quote
Choose NDIS under Cleaning service and Western Australia under State or territory. Enter your home address and postcode, the rooms and tasks you need help with, and your preferred days and frequency. Let us know who can approve the arrangements.
Keep access codes, full NDIS plans and unrelated medical information out of your enquiry. Review the written tasks, service time, price and terms before accepting. Your visit is booked once Smurfettes confirms the appointment.
