Plan cleaning for your home
Ask about bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, reachable dusting and suitable floors. Mark private rooms and belongings to leave untouched, and agree any shared-room work with the household.
Describe a more intensive first visit separately from regular maintenance so the tasks and time can be planned.
Identify the dwelling and entrance
If several buildings share the property, identify the residence to be cleaned. Mention useful parking, gate or entry details. The household request does not automatically include other buildings, sheds, workshops or managed facilities.
Agree additional household help
Dishes, laundry, folding and linen changes require written agreement and enough time. Gardening, grounds work, repairs, personal care and specialist mould or biohazard work are excluded.
